Criterion:

valid time, you can request us to type hand-draft anytime, and there is
10% discount when you over the character limit;

If
you want type in English, counter is 1
English word as 1.5 Chinese word;

Should fully pay the plan fee, and the start day is your first
service request day;

We
handle per typing job for
2,000 words or above;

The
complete time of typing usually
between 24 to 72 hours.

| HOW TO ORDER THE TYPING SERVICE
It is easily to order
the typing service through the following steps:
- Fill out the Customer Registration Form [Click Here to Download] of typing service;
- According the Customer
Registration Form, please -
- Prepare your typing draft, if your papers are over 20 pages, we
suggest that you can scan them by Multi-Functions
Printer-Fax-Scanner Machine to PDF file automatically;
- Estimate how many words your papers have. Then, refer to above
unit price to count the total amount. If you are not sure how many
words you have, please send an email with your PDF file, or fax your
papers to us, we will make a quotation then;
- Go to the bank to pay the 50% prepayment;
- Email or Fax the THREE things: (1) Customer
Registration Form, (2) Prepayment Bank
Slip, (3) Papers of Typing Draft - you can fax them or attach the PDF
file to us.
- After we received, we will send a confirmation letter by email or
fax to new customer, provide the customer no.
- We will arrange typist(s) to complete the typing work as soon as
possible;
- After we finished, we will email or/and fax to customer, who will
know the total words we typed and the remaining amount. We will
attach the works' preview graphics to the customer.
- After we received the remaining amount, we will send the typing
document in MS Word or Text format to customer's email address.

ATTENTION:
- We understand simplified
Chinese character that we can type all of them;
- *Contributions as
more than 40% classics, classical or non-vernacular languages, are
hand-written prices, its accuracy seems to contributions from the
text file the hard level, the customer can not be normal standard
requirements;
- If you have not special
request on handling wrong words, we will correct them automatically;
- Order fee is based on
all characters of your draft document, usually it is about 50% of
total service fee. You can guess how much you should pay, and the
other fee will be charged after we complete the works;
- All symbols in your draft document are counted as the total
characters;
- Hand Writing Draft is over 5,000 words, we will count by per
1,000 words;
- If total characters of Print Materials Draft is below 10,000 or
over 500,000 words, we will count with per 500 words to charge;
others will be counted by per 1,000 words;
- We will do our best to each work and keep to 99% correct, but
you are still have 2 times free of charge to correct;
- The minimum charge is $50 per order, effective date from 7 Feb
2008;
- If you want a document which has severe typesetting. we will
charge $10 / 1,000 words additional fee. (Effect since 10 February
2014)
- This new price list effects since 1 January 2023.
